Simon Says...Make your own Background!

Ciao a tutti!!! Finalmente torno a pubblicare su queste pagine, dopo un sacco di tempo...e quale migliore occasione di una Sfida del Lunedì di SIMON SAYS STAMP?
Il tema è 'MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND' (cioè crea il tuo background) ed i prodotti nello Spotlight sono quelli della PAPERARTSY...quindi ho rispolverato i miei Infusions e l'unico set di timbri che ho, che è il numero ETS05, e mi ci sono buttata!

Hello everyone!!! Finally I'm back with a new post after who knows how long...and nothing is better than a new Monday Challenge over at SIMON SAYS STAMP Blog!
The Challenge theme is 'MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND', showcasing PAPERARTSY products...so I just dug out my Infusions and the only PaperArtsy stamp in my stash, that is number ETS05, and jumped right in!

Ho usato un cartoncino per acquerello 300 g/m2 che ho ritagliato dando la forma di una tag, poi ho timbrato ed embossato questa bellissima piuma, ho steso la Pasta Stencil Light di TommyArt con lo stencil Flourish di Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous, quindi ho usato Infusions Golden Sands e Rusty Car per creare le zone di colore. Una volta contenta del risultato ho usato Heavy White Gesso di Finnabair sui bordi, per creare questo effetto evanescente.

I have used a watercolour cardstock cut as a Tag, then stamped and embossed this lovely feather from the stamp set, added some Light Stencil Psaste by TommyArt using Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Layering stencil 'Flourish' and finally used Infusions Golden Sands and Rusty Car to add colour. Once satisfied, I drybrushed the borders using Finnabair Heavy White Gesso, to create this 'misty' effect.

Ho aggiunto pochi elementi per creare il punto focale...un pezzo di pagina di libro, della garza, un paio di Ephemera dal set Thrift Shop, una frase dai Clipplings Stickers e le mie adorate Paper Dolls, il tutto della linea Idea-Ology di Tim Holtz.

I added few elements in order to create my focal point...a piece of a book page, some gauze, a couple of Ephemera from the Thrift Shop set, a phrase from Clippings stickers and Paper Dolls, all from Idea-Ology line by Tim Holtz.
