Ciao a tutti e bentornati! Oggi voglio parlarvi della mia versione della Sfida del Lunedì di SIMON SAYS STAMP...il cui tema è 'CITYSCAPE'
Vi è mai capitato di voler acquistare una fustella o un timbro e per una ragione o quell'altra alla fine vi siete dette...ma no dai...e cosa lo usi a fare? E poi vi siete mangiate le mani perchè dopo poco tempo si è presentata l'occasione perfetta per quella fustella o quel timbro? Ecco...oggi è stato uno di quei giorni...quando vedi il tema della sfida e pensi 'Ecco...lo sapevooooo!'
Ma siamo creative no? E allora ho deciso di crearmi uno 'Skyline' fatto in casa con l'uso del taglierino, utilizzando del cartoncino nero, e sempre dallo stesso cartoncino ho fustellato l'Umbrella Man di Tim Holtz, aggiungendo dei dettagli con un UniPosca Bianco.
Ho usato del Cartoncino per Alcohol Inks della Ranger e l'unico set di Inks che ho, per creare il cielo sullo sfondo...Ho incollato un pezzo di cartina preso dal set 'Destinations' di Tim Holtz e come sentiments ho utilizzato uno sticker dagli Small Talk ed una Quote Chip, tutto Idea-ology.
Hello everyone and welcome back! Today I want to talk a little bit about my take on the new Monday Challenge over at SIMON SAYS STAMP Blog, that is 'CITYSCAPE'.
Did you ever want to buy a die or a stamp set and for some reason you haven't because you keep telling yourself...com'on now...do you really need these? Why? And then you deeply regret this decision because the perfect moment for these dies or stamps just hit you on the face? Well this is it...when you see what the new challenge is about and you think 'There...I knew it!'.
But...we are creatives...right? Therefore I created an homemade 'Skyline' with a cutter and black cardstock, die cut the lovely Umbrella Man by Tim Holtz, then added details with a White PoscaPen.
I have used an Alcohol Inks Cardstock by Ranger and the only set of inks that I have, to create the sky on the background...glued a piece of map from Tim Holtz paper set 'Destinations' , a Small Talk sticker and a Quote Chip as sentiments.
E' stato molto divertente creare questa mia 'Città che non dorme mai'...bisogna proprio imparare a vedere le possibilità ovunque!

Holy smokes, Simo! Yes, you have seen possibility with your limited supplies and used them in such a beautiful and creative manner! Your AI background is stunning and cityscape creative genius! Now I am hanging my head in shame, as I have the Cityscape die and never used it. I've got to see if this challenge is still open.
